• Delivery charges apply based on location and order size
• Customer must inspect goods upon delivery

Installation Services

• Installation services available at additional cost
• Customer must provide suitable site conditions
• Installation schedule subject to technician availability
• Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before shipment: Full refund minus processing fees
• After shipment: Subject to restocking fee (20-30%)
• Custom orders: Non-cancellable once production begins

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is defective or damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is in original packaging
• Prior authorization obtained from our sales team
